Wow, I can't say enough GREAT things about this gym. It did alot for me at a time when I felt I was out of shape but as soon as I spoke to Mike on the phone I knew I was in for something special. I trained with my 14 year old son during the summer and actually would look forward to going every morning. The atmosphere is great for everyone, for every age. The instructors are very knowledgeable and Mike is simply the best. If you want to train, at any level, from beginner to expert, this gym will more than exceed your expectations. Thank you guys!

Amazing place if youd like to learn how to Box, almost as if you found a family. Staff and everyone there is really nice and kind. No one will judge you. Mike will help you sign up and make the process easy for you, good deals and everything, really makes you want to improve on yourself seeing everyone work so hard themselves. 10/10 would recommend this location.

The UFC gym at winter springs is an AWESOME place to train and get in shape. From the top down the owner/coaches/staff all make you feel like family and truly care about. Stop thinking about getting in shape and go DO IT!!

UFC was a good place for my daughter to learn self defense and confidence in her ability to workout at the Gym. As a parent I never feared for my daughter s safety with Mike and his staff watching over her. Thanks for your kindness.
