      image Vaccine arrived with lots of ice left. The plastic intranasal applicator had a hole so was nonfunctional so had to find a substitute

      image extremely slow order processing, extremely slow shipping, extremely high cost shipping. ordered a 1gal health oil and it didn't ship for over 12 days, no indication that the order would be delayed, and they charged $27 to ship it. ended up canceling and ordering elsewhere as their customer service was borderline incompetent.
