The owner, Fred, is very knowledgeable about humane pest removal. He understands animal behavior and the removal methods that work with each species, including methods that traditional pest removal companies don't use. I highly recommend his services.

Greg was pretty rude on the phone. I called about a goose that has a very broken wing and hasn’t moved much from the spot he’s in for two days. He asked me if I’m going to pay for the goose’s treatment and I said I’d be willing. He then tells me it will be $3,000 and when I told him I wasn’t able to do that he acted as if I was just wasting his time. I’m not sure why this is listed as a wildlife rescue if they aren’t willing to rescue wildlife unless someone wants to pay them $3,000. I’m disappointed in what I thought was a good cause because they’re obviously not in this business for the right reasons. I understand that not every animal can be saved but don’t mock me for trying and act like I’m interrupting your day and wasting your time just because I care.
