This is a robbery-- stay away from them. They renew your contract without your approval and still send you to the collection agency. When you are dealing with collection agency, they still take money from your bank account and one morning when you wake up you will see a ZERO balance on your checking account because Regus took all the money that they believe they can invoice you. I am in the process of taking legal action. Dont even think a second, just stay away from this company if you wanna keep your bank account secured.

Terrible experience and the management is extremely shady. I will start by conceding that I called hours after I signed the lease to break lease due to a vacancy in the office I planned on joining long term. The manager, Jarrod Mikulecky, reassured me to "not worry about it since Regus doesn't really have my information (they didn't take a credit card at the time)," and that he would take care of it. I never received the welcome packet or a key. With that assurance, I thanked him. I never occupied the office. I sent a couple emails later to follow up with no response, so I moved on with my life. A few months later, on August 10, 2020, I received a bill charging me for late fees, as well as rent. I contacted Jarrod. He informed me he will contact "Stacy" and she will reach out to me. That was a lie. I continue to receive bills from Regus. I continued reaching out to Jarrod, with no success. On June 22, I received a call from collections. At this point, I'm livid. I've been trying to reach Jarrod at Regus to resolve the matter, and they ended up sending it to collections! I was willing to pay a month's rent ($520) just to resolve it even though they never provided me a key. They rejected that offer. They were only willing to settle for $874.50. While I could have dragged this on, I did not have the energy to do so and paid the settlement. Just a flag for people considering using their services. Edit: 11/7/2022, the owner stated "[p]lease raise a case through he Help section of your online account." First, I received no response from Regus or Jarrod from Regus after multiple attempts to resolve the matter. Second, instead of responding, Regus pursued collections action against me. The owner is free to contact me to resolve the matter. I will keep viewers posted on the ultimate resolution in 30 days, if any.

This is a separate review regarding Regus' "attempt" to make things right after I posted a prior negative review (feel free to check below). Shortly after I posted the earlier critical review, a representative by the name of Michelle Maiella reached out to discuss how they can make me whole, noting "as we discussed I have requested a full refund but due to age of account and with a 3rd party collector in order to process it may take a bit longer than preferred...". [Note, they would not and did not respond to my many inquiries prior to a public negative review.] I explained that I've wasted a significant amount of time and financial resources dealing with their misrepresentation. I forwarded the email correspondence indicating my intent to cancel lease, and to avoid litigation. Michelle was extremely receptive and promised to get to the bottom of this so I could be made whole. I forwarded documentations of full-payment to collections to settle the dispute as requested by Michelle. I was eventually bounced to a customer service general email represented by Mathumaalini (no last name). Yesterday, I received their final resolution: They have removed me from their debt collection list --too bad it was AFTER I already paid the full settlement amount. First, the debt collection company Regus hired already collected the settlement, so clearly I should have already been off the list. The settlement amount of $874.50 and confirmation was forwarded to Regus. Second, I had to pay fees on top of the actual rent owed (even though I never received a key and immediately attempted to cancel least hours after I signed lease--feel free to check the review below regarding the facts). Third, I was under the assumption based on Michelle's representation that I would be made whole--i.e. reimbursed, at minimum, for the outrageous settlement amount of $874.50 (for a unit I never received access for). Michelle emailed me stating, "As we discussed I have requested a full refund but due to age of account and with a 3rd party collector in order to process it may take a bit longer than preferred..." Lies, again. Instead, they "resolved" the case by stating--well, they took me off in their system after I paid the unreasonable settlement amount. No refund whatsoever. Just unbelievable. I'm not sure why I had any expectation that Regus was going to right their wrong, but this tells me Regus follows its same pattern of misrepresentation. First, they bring a staff who is amicable and courteous to attempt to address the issue. Then, they ignore the problem and give you a fake resolution. Deeply disappointed (again). Rent at your own risk.
