Kim Block went above and beyond to answer my questions regarding a rate hike. She worked with us to get us the best policy. Kim is warm and friendly. Whenever I had any concerns she addressed them right away. She made my experience pleasurable. This is not the norm when dealing with insurance. I have been in customer service so I know when I am on the receiving end of excellent customer service.

Very quick and responsive, helped me get setup with new policies right away. Staff is very friendly, I am looking forward to working with Columbia moving forward!

I enjoyed working with Percilla to find bundled insurance coverage that better met our needs and was more reasonably priced. She was thorough, attentive, and quick to respond to my questions.

Heather Maya is an angel of a woman!! Through buying our cars and our first house she was so attentive, quick to respond, and always takes the mental load off me when I need help. She explained our policies in easy to understand terms and treats me like someone she knows and cares about every time we interact! We just had a pipe burst and even now she is so helpful in getting us answers or getting us connected with people we cant get a hold of. I would highly recommend her for anything you might need!
