Drove all the way here and they are closed at 6! The website says 9. Please update. Came the next day and they had me swipe my card 6 times, then BOTH computers quit working. Stood their for a good 40 min and they closed . What?

This location is now only open from 10-6 for the next few weeks. They havent updated their business info on google or on their website. I drove all the way there and arrived just after 6, and the doors were locked. a manager came to the door and said they were only open 10-6 while theyre staffing up.

Long story short, a Seattle Sun Tan employee from another branch was working last week and threatened to call the police on my mother and little sister for trying to cancel their membership, then lied to her supervisors that my family made physical threats to her. After the incident, this employee stole my sister's personal information from the company database and used it to stalk her on the internet and try to add her on social media profiles. I am so appalled by this behavior, and that an employee can go on harassing customers like this with no repercussions. We've gone to this location for the past two years, and even made friends with most of the workers there. The lying and slander was hard enough, and now the harassment has added an extra level of fear and concern. We've tried calling customer service many times but have not heard back Service: Tanning
