        The staff was exceptionally rude, I get being eager to leave but multiple staff members kept giving me a countdown about when the store would close minute by minute the last 30 minutes the store was opened. I was ready to spend $200 But decided not to. Heading to Sephora instead, bummer Ive been a diamond member since 2019.

        I went in for my brow appointment at 11:10am with Kevin that I scheduled earlier in the week on the phone with another employee. The person who scheduled me didnt ever document the appointment in their system so I couldnt get the service done. It was disappointing as I only had one hour of free time after a very, very hard week. This is how I chose to spend that one hour I had. The staff were very nice and apologetic, but it ruined my day.
