        Did my 180 day compliance for them to tell me I had my ignition interlock two months longer than ordered and now my license is suspended because smart start is saying I was two days shy of completing? These people are scammers! Do not go to these people for your IID needs! Especially if its court ordered! They will screw you over guaranteed! And talking to an actual representative is an absolute joke. The office locations will tell you to call the number only to speak to a robot. Then when put in line for a call back they close and never call you.

        Waited here over an hour and they were on their lunch break. At and hour and fifteen minutes I asked again, the guy told me it would be another 15 minutes. Usually a good place to go.
