As other reviewers point out this store is super pricey, but has some cute things. We tend to spoil our dog so we bought a custom bed from the store. When it hadn't arrived in 2 weeks we called and after a long run around got the bed in 4 weeks. -- Fool me once!
Unfortunately we wanted another bed and went back to the store, placed the order assuming the first experience was just an anomaly -- NOPE same issues same problems only this time they refused to provide any discount or really apologize. The bed manufacturer called to apologize, but not Urban dogs...
Quite amazing for a store that is pricey and one would think would want to keep a good clientele. But the owner really doesn't seem to care.
