        Needed baseboard hooked up to an existing system. Had all materials ready, and the floors open for easy access. Was told by Brian that he didn't want the job because it would take away from his other customers....I am a customer as they put in my boiler and hot water tank....

        We waited two weeks for an estimate. I received a call the following day and was told they didnt want to get involved with this project. Fair enough, but it would have been nice to know they dont do commercial work before waiting for two weeks further delaying my business opening.
