Need a new kitchen faucet. Called Red Rock. They sent a guy out who did NOTHING BUT TALK HIS HEAD OFF A MILE A MINUTE. That cost us $146--no work, all talk. While it's true that we need a new water treatment system, we can't afford one right now. So, we made do with the old faucet, until leaks developed under the sink. We called Red Rock again, and a lot of back-and-forth went on, (during this time we also had problems with our washing machine and our septic system) with RR asking us to text a picture of our faucet. After numerous attempts, we finally emailed a picture. Not one word from RR after that. I'm attempting to find another plumber right now. The ones I've contacted have told me stories about other customers who've had RR go out 3 or more times to their homes, without fixing anything--and then another plumber comes in, and finds and fixes the problem in a few minutes. WE NEED A NEW KITCHEN FAUCET SO THAT I DON'T HAVE TO KEEP WASHING DISHES IN THE BATHROOM SHOWER STALL. STAY AWAY FROM RED ROCK. THEY'LL COST YOU MONEY AND WON'T FIX YOUR PROBLEM.

Recommended Red Rock to install a new boiler for a customer of mine. All went well. Same customer needs a minor plumbing repair and Red Rock wont pick up the phone or return messages. Service: Heating system repair

They advertise that they offer 24 Hour emergency service, and so when our furnace stopped working on Thanksgiving we contacted them and left a message with their answering service that we had no heat and a newborn at home. When we didnt hear from them, we called again and the answering service said we should expect a call within 30 minutes. I emphasized that we have a 3 week old baby and no heat and he said he would page them again. We still have not heard from them. I had also called multiple times over the last few months and left voice messages that were never returned to try to a schedule a routine service appointment that might have prevented this from happening in the first place. Im completely disappointed in this company.
