He came on time and he was thorough in his data gathering efforts. So while the cause of the water in the house was not identified, his efforts did point out where the water wasn't coming from. Like what seems like all plumbers, they quoted astronomically high prices for simple jobs. $200 to replace tub spigot! $200 to replace kitchen sink faucet hose! Elected to do the work myself. Everyone is out to milk as much money out of you as they can. Usually not the plumbers, but the companies they work for.
