My husband dropped off an electric typewriter last Thursday and they have yet to “get around” to looking at it. It has been 5 days and only 3 of those days are business days. Not happy with them at all at this point.

The BEST printer repair shop. Very kind, friendly and prompt. Fixed the printer with no issues. VERY knowledgeable and skilled at his craft. And you know how some people you can just tell are good and honest. That’s the impression I got of Richard and it turned out to be spot on. Thankyou action!!!

He has repaired my manual typewriter—a 1963 Olympia SM9—and did it so well, it works again. Give him up to a week to get your typewriter fixed, there always is a backlog, it seems.

This i little repair shop is great, I brought in 2 of my typewriters in for repair and serviceing, so far everything works great, to be honest you only can do so much with these old office machines and how the previous owners of them treated them, any way, Dave who has fixed my typewriters dose his best and dose a great on fixing them. He always concern that its going to pricey to fix them, but that doesn’t bother me, as long as he can get it working again, unless he tells me if its worth fixing it is parts machine, so far they are all workable, i have 3 more typewritere too send in for repairs, in my collection so you could say i am repeat customer.
