We were in quite a bind with flooring. We had another contractor mess up the hardwood flooring in a house we were selling. I called Robert and he met me same day at to quote out the repairs. As soon as he saw the floors and started talking about what needed to be done, we knew he was the right guy to use. He was extremely knowledgeable on the type of wood we had. He explained exactly what needed to be done. He knew we were tight on our timeline and he worked around the clock to get the flooring done. It was worth every penny!!! The floors came out great. Robert initially gave me the quote which was slightly less than most other quotes I received for our kitchen floor remodel. The demo I did went faster than normal so I asked Robert if he could start a week earlier, he was tied up on another job but he sent Mario and Pedro over and they did amazing work. They worked from 5pm-9pm every night until it was done. They cleaned up after their work daily, and the floor looks so great!! It has been hard for us to find good contractors lately but Robert, Mario, and Pedro is who you want! Stop searching now!

It took us a while to find someone that we trusted for our flooring job as it was a very important and personal one for us. It's a challenging environment out there and hard to find trusted resources to work with. Our patience paid off, we were after our dream floor and Sticks and Stones provided us with that! Floors make your home and if you are after the highest quality service from an attentive crew that really really cares about wood, then Robert and his crew are the only ones to call. We had a large custom and intricate job that we wanted real wood floors, sanded and finished in place, stained a custom color and finished with low VOC non toxic finish. We had many locations that had to be scribed and were a challenge, the team excelled at this where other contractors may have been frustrated, they took it on and were really proud of their work. Robert was highly recommended to us and he certainly earned that reputation. Our job was not extensive but he did great work, is very dependable and his fees are very reasonable. Next time we need tile or flooring done we will be definitely calling Robert at Sticks and Stone Custom Tiles
