Good morning. I'm sorry you were disappointed. I did meet with your son to get a price for the nosegays and he was quoted $20-$25 each at that time. I wrote that amount down and told him to check with group and let me know if they wanted us to do them along with requests for each. He got back with me about the details and we did them according to their requests. When your son came in the only request he gave was baby blue dress and it was done mostly baby blue with white accents but he was wanting more white with blue accents which was no problem for my designer to change. She offered him 2 options. One was to redo it the same size and look of the original but replacing some of the blue flowers with white. The other option she gave him was to add more white flowers to the original nosegay which is what he chose to do. My designer took him to the cooler to choose the white flowers he wanted and added them. The extra flowers did add $16 to the price. He was charged for the extra flowers added but he also was given credit for some greenery he wanted removed which brought the price to $38.20 plus tax. If paying for the extra flowers he wanted to add was an issue I wish he would have mentioned his concern while was here.I'm also truly sorry with your past issues with us. If they were also with an amount of a particular color used I hope we were able to get them resolved. None of these young men raised price concerns when they picked up. They were told the price was $25 which was the high end of the original amount discussed at the time of the order. That being said, I hope the boys were happy with what was done for them, and I will be happy to give a FULL AND COMPLETE REFUND to any of these young men that feels he was overcharged if they will stop by the shop this week because our business model for the past 67 years we have been in business is to take care of our customers.
