THE INTERACTIONS WITH THE STAFF OF CHIM CHIMINEY FIREPLACE, we're professional courteous and very pleasant. They sent me the text back after I told them that it was okay to do so, we were able to agree on a time and date. The service tech updated me on his arrival through text. The service tech himself was extremely courteous polite and thorough. I enjoyed meeting him and the service provided included checking on my fire extinguishers and carbon monoxide/ smoke detector. Also, checking my dryer vent! While cleaning the chimney he created a large area with a tarp to protect my furniture and carpet. The tech also used a drone to inspect the chimney Etc. And it took pictures while it was up there. In fact the tech took many pictures to show the condition of the chimney good or bad. I definitely would recommend this company for chimney and stove services. Thank you

We recently bought a gas fireplace insert through Chim Chimney in Logan. We were very satisfied with the experience. They were very professional and efficient. They arrived on time and were done in short order. Very friendly and professional, a combination not too common. Thanks for the experience.
