You should have no qualms doing business here. Charley was great to work with and even helped us get our products sooner even though Kodiak had suspended local pickup while moving warehouses. They are a little slow to respond to emails so if you're needing answers quicker I would suggest calling.

This company was one of the best online purchase experiences that I have ever had. Customer service would rival Amazon, which is my experience has been amazing! They immediately answered all of my questions about the item I wound up ordering. I paid extra for overnight shipping, they got the package out to FedEx same day. There was a delay incurred by FedEx, I contacted Competetive Edge and they refunded the expedited shipping cost before even getting their money from FedEx. If I could leave a 6 star rating, I would!

Fantastic price for my canvas cabin tent. My First Choice was out of stock but the representative Luke offered some great comparable alternatives that I believe I will enjoy more. Backyard seasoning picture attached.

I ordered an inground Spalding basketball system, the backboard cracked during shipping and within 48 hours without further work on my part a new one had been shipped to me. rarely have I experienced such excellent customer service.

Loved the Lifetime fold up work bench. It arrived in perfect condition, and after an hour or so of set up/assembly its now on my wall working perfectly. Great Space Saver, and excellent industrial strength quality. Also can't say enough about the delivery service, the driver was super helpful assisting me with getting it in the proper location in my new, unpacked, unorganized garage. Perfect recommendation in every category. I'd buy/do this purchase 100 times over! G
