        Bathrooms and showers in men's locker room has been down for almost a year. The pool as well had remained down and unclean for a year. Management has really let the place go.

        I moved away Months ago and was told before I moved that my account can and will be cancelled with no charge because where I'm moving there isn't a Gold's gym. It's been 2 months now and have been charged a total of $100+ for a membership that was supposed to be "cancelled". I called Roger to try and fix the problem since I am 120+ miles away from the gym location. And he says he needs proof residency or a letter from my employer. I get my Manager to type a letter and he continues to make other things up in order to keep my account open and continue charging me. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! ITS A GYM NOT A GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION!!! Just give me my money back just as easy as it was for you to take it!!!!!!!!
