Walked in to deposit check. Two nice people greeted me. They told me to get in line to see teller. I go in line and i see only one person attending to customers. I was 4th in line. Not really a big deal but then I see two more people chatting around the corner. 20min its later I got my check deposited. Poor manager skills if you ask me. Why not have a second teller. What is the purpose of making people wait.

Great customer service. Gentleman at entrance was nice and was able to get me seated with a banker (Jennifer) for a name change. I was happy because I have all my accounts with Bank of America and making the change was important for me. Jennifer was also so nice and got me taken care of right before closing. I do most of my banking online, so being taken care of when having to go in person means a lot.

Well, my experience was terrible in terms of customer service. The fact that I had arrived a few minutes late for an appointment to buy a house meant that, without even being interested in the reason for my delay, Mrs. Peggi Ramirez did not have the decency to assist me. It is important that these workers understand that those of us who are clients and put our trust in their facilities deserve to be treated with a little more consideration. Thanks to the mistreatment of this lady whom I do not recommend to carry out their financing procedures, they have lost the opportunity to provide the loan service to buy a house. Since obviously I will look for said loan elsewhere.
