This was my first accident and had no idea what to expect. My insurance company referred me to Service King. As soon as I walked into the door and spoke to Shannon (my customer experience representative) I felt positive about the process. She was very detailed with me on how the repairs would go and what to expect. Once I got the estimate done and my insurance approval for the repairs, all I had to do after that was drop off my vehicle to get repaired. Shannon kept me informed through the whole repair process via text so I felt real at ease that this was going to go smoothly. The estimated completion date was Jan 20th but I picked up my vehicle on the 14th instead, a whole 6 days earlier. When they drove it to the front of the building I was kind of in shock, it looked as good as when I bought it from the dealership which was just 6 months earlier. My vehicle looks great and I couldn't be happier. Thanks to all the hard work and professionalism of everyone at Service King I am back on the road driving my new vehicle again.
