Worst service ever. Referred to them by my hone warranty company. First visit did not have part. Second visit different technician said it wasn’t that part (a valve ) needed a coil. Never called even after a week to tell me what was going on. The person at the headquarters one time I called told me they were ordering a condenser. They were supposed to order a part. Never did order anything never called I called them more than 10 times. Told something different every time Finally after 3 weeks. Days over 100 degrees home warranty finally said they were to order a capacitor. They never did nor did they call. Got fed up and called another company that came out right away And said the Freon was over filled. Took 15 minutes and it’s been working fine. EDS has no customer service. EDS just tried to make more money for themselves. EDS technicians have no experience Oh I forgot to mention they said they showed up one day. I was here the entire day ( I took iff ) and they never showed. Said rang doorbell but had my number never called. I took off 5 or 5 days in all fir this mess. BIGGEST JOKE OF A COMING. DO NOT USE THEM Service: Repair AC
