Zero all the way, location 6421 N Beach St where Albertsons's is, in case someone wanted to know the exact location. My sandwich looked old, meat wise, I got out of the truck, went back in because my sandwich was missing the lettuce. My son said that he was totally ignored about what was told he wanted on the sandwich. Anyway, as I'm approaching the counter, this uneducated lady, so proud to be a manager has the most nastiest, ugliest attitude because I didn't recognize her. Here's why, I'm walking through the restaurant and I here, "here I am ,and what's wrong,you don't go over there", I turned around to see just whom she called herself talking to. I'm like excuse me, who are you talking to like that. Mind you I got really upset really quick! "You talk to me", so I asked her what was the attitude for, also calm down, I came in for lettuce and this is how you speak to customers. All for lettuce, but mind you I didn't say how the meat looked old. But truly I snapped right back, it's not a race thing, but uneducated black people with positions need people skills before being put in positions. She was an utter mess. I wouldn't have acted up, but she wouldn't shut up and walked up on me, until she saw I could be black too. Then she looked dirty..... skin wise!!!!
