Bevan Builders built our custom home in Poolville. We had a very good experience with Cody. Cody was easy to work with and truly wanted us to be happy with our new home even if that meant he had to redo or change something. He was always willing to listen to our crazy ideas and talk us through the process. I truly believe that Cody wants to deliver a beautiful custom home. We finished pretty close to scheduled, no fault of his. Kara is amazing. She is there to make sure that things stay on track and keep the process moving as far as getting everything for the house picked out and ordered so that the process can continue to move forward without delay. Very rarely did I call and not get an answer. Always got a call back very quickly from Kara or Cody. It was really nice to be able to actually talk to the person I signed a contract with to build my house. I would build with Bevan Builders again if we ever decided to move. We cannot speak more highly of Cody and his team! Bevan Builders built a custom home that we designed as our dream forever home. Cody is extremely knowledgable of the building process and has high expectations of everyone working on the house. If its not done right then it gets re-done until it is. His experience and willingness to guide us the entire way was invaluable. Him and his entire staff are very professional and we were treated just they way they would like to be treated. Kara is very organized, highly communicative and was always one step ahead of us...cannot thank her enough for all of her help and putting up with us during this process!! She was fantastic! Austin was just incredible to work with and he went to great lengths to ensure things got done and done the right way. His high work ethic and commitment level was very noticable right away. We found out that building a house is not an easy process and building one in the enviornement we are in now makes it even harder (Supply issues/Worker shortages/high demand for new homes etc...) but Cody and his team handled all the bumps in the road with extreme professionalism and focused on the solution. Not the solution they wanted but what we wanted. He always gave us the options and let us choose the direction we wanted to go. It took a little longer than expected but just trust that there is a good reason for it and its not because of Bevan Builders. Cody and his team has earned our trust and respect during this process which is not easy to do. The final product is just amazing and we cannot be more happy! We cannot thank all of them enough for making our dream come true! Bevan Builders did an amazing job on our custom home in Parker County, Texas, from start to finish. Even before the start, the Bevan team shared knowledge & spent valuable time with us to help us select a great lot to build on. During the design process, the Bevan team was thoughtful & considerate, and worked seamlessly with us & an architect to make sure our plans were accurate & functional, while making the most of the available space. During the construction process, the Bevan team stayed in contact regularly with conversations & pictures & site visits. With any custom home, changes will be made during construction. The Bevan team was flexible & understanding, and made sure we understood the implications of changes while not losing focus on the overall vision. After the bones were constructed, during mechanical rough-ins, the Bevan team was a great intermediary between us & the vendors supplying hardware, fixtures, appliances, flooring & tile, doors & windows, etc. They did a great job helping us schedule appointments with vendors, while keeping things in perspective with regard to budget & style, and worked closely with us to talk through & triple check our selections. When the home started coming together, the Bevan team stayed responsive & made sure all punch list items were taken care of in a timely fashion. We would highly recommend Bevan Builders to anyone wanting to build a custom home. The whole team is personable, knowledgeable, efficient, flexible, trustworthy, reliable, and just an overall great team to work with. 6 stars out of 5!
