I cannot recommend Mr. Deegan strongly enough! After hiring another attorney for my daughter's case who put absolutely no effort in, was extremely arrogant and rude to us, and could not be bothered to return our phone calls, thankfully we found Mr. Deegan and after speaking to him once, we immediately fired our attorney and hired Mr. Deegan. Mr. Deegan was amazing from start to finish! From the moment we met we figured out the best way to approach the incident and got the exact results I wanted. Most amazing lawyer anybody could ask for! I was illegally stopped & the officer didn’t have the probable cause he said he did to stop me & was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. Andrew not only proved that the officer did not have the probable cause to stop me, he got my case dismissed completely because of it. He worked extremely hard & passionately to get this done for me.
