        Horrible service i went in yesterday in a hurry to put money on my phone bill so I didnt wait for a receipt and one of the workers ( a heavy set, hispanic woman with long nails ) took advantage of that and stole the money instead of putting it towards my bill. I have called since they opened and they have their phones disconnected

        Employee for got to close account after I return items due to it not be compatible with device and t mobile attempted to charge me for a phone bill for a galaxy watch I never even activated I called customer service and the agent refused to pass me to a supervisor and lied saying she was the supervisor not coming back here
