If I could give her 0 stars I would my husband was supposed to have her as a court appointed lawyer she is rude and will hang up on you just because your asking her to do her job she won't look into anything and has stated she wouldn't on behalf of my spouse its ridiculous the types of court appointed lawyers they have out there i get that its free but come on if you work somewhere atleast be passionate about what you do for a living and try to help. I am very disgusted with the way I was talked to and treated I would not recommend anyone work with someone like this. Irma really needs to work on her communication skills and work on doing better at her job. Im not saying she's gotta be overly friendly because I'm sure lawyers are super busy but atleast act like someone's case your working on actually matters. Update im glad she responded screenshotting it and also I have a phone conversation recorded what kind of lawyer responds this way someone who obviously doesn't care about anyone but herself i will be reporting her to the state bar of texas she doesn't deserve her license im glad you get to see what kind of way she responds and communicates iam not a relative iam a spouse currently pregnant with his child and we also have 6 additional children together. Stop hating? What am I hating on im concerned that this is the type of woman that is dealing with his case and whoever else she is representing this shows she does not care about her job clearly if my husband is incacarcrated he cannot call himself with limited funding options and jail circumstances it is my job as his wife to reach out to these people on behalf of him and is my right to get some answers involving his case and well- being.

Irma is not to be trusted. She is rude, unprofessional, and greedy. She took payment right out of my mothers account and in full long before completing the agreement. This was also after she agreed to a payment plan. Unfortunately, not everyone writes reviews so I caution you and recommend you find another lawyer.
Irma, I could go on about my mothers experience and how you mistreated her. I overheard you screaming at her many times and knowing her health condition you still continue to make remarks about her.

Irma is very passionate In what she does. I was very satisfied with her work in helping me with my daughters case. I wish I would have found her from the start. She made something that was so messy over turn and I got the best results. I would definitely recommend her to any one. Thank you Irma for everything you do ❤️

She did exactly what she set out to do. Price was fair. Work was quick. I don't know why people are complaining about how she speaks with clients or anyone else for that matter. You hired her to do a job and part of that is to keep it real with you. She did exactly that and was very responsive anytime I needed which was quite often after hours and on weekends. I like having a cell phone for my attorney. Had one who I couldn't reach for a week if I had questions. Maybe it is my personality but when I ask a question I want an answer and I don't want BS. Hire her. Trust her. Provide what she needs. Let her decide what relevant and what will help. THIS IS HER JOB. She is my on call for any personal legal issue I have.
