My 1000 mile move was handled professionally from start to finish. Brett came for an in house estimate and was very professional, courteous and pleasant to interact with. He patiently responded to my several questions and helped to coordinate the move. He even came to check on how things were going on the moving day. Kathleen, who was in charge of the move, kept me updated throughout the whole process. The truck driver, Matt and his crew who came to help load and unload the truck were also very professional. Got all my things intact and with nothing missing. I have made several cross country moves in the past and this was by far the best managed one.

Brett Moore and his team made my out of state move so smooth and efficient that I almost want to say it was easy. Brett immediately put me at ease during a very stressful time and was very informative. I changed both date and location of the move a couple of times and it was NOT a problem! I did a partial pack package and Bernard and Francisco expertly packed up my kitchen, lamps, large pictures, and TVs and even helped me get the TV mount down. Kenneth and his crews got me loaded up, drove to my new location, and unloaded a few days later. They were super sweet about putting down my rugs and even readjusting them a couple of times as I changed my mind about couch location. Nothing was broken or damaged! Everyone I had any contact with was friendly and helpful and hardworking! No wasted time! Highly recommend IMS for your move and relocation needs! Thanks again to you all!

The team at IMS Relocation (Mayflower) was amazing and made our move as stress free as possible! The deciding factor to choose IMS Relocation is credited to Stephen Coombar. Steve was professional and truly had a desire to provide the best customer service he could to us as customers. Steve followed up on many occasions during the packing process and moving day and responded to our emails in a timely manner. Thank you, Steve for making our move a pleasant experience! Also appreciate the service provided by Kathleen Shea. Kathleen provided great logistics communication from start to finish. She even reached out to us while taking a day of vacation. Lastly a huge thanks to Dorian Alexander, Mayflower driver who ensured a safe arrival of our furniture and worked diligently to satisfy our expectations.
