Placed an order over $100 for a company event. Showed up to pick up the order and ask the lady if they had been cut in half how we had requested originally over the phone. She told me she was unable to get to it because she has a customer to serve. I completely understand if this was a last-minute request, but as I mentioned earlier this was a pre-made order with the request to cut the pastries in half. Plenty of time to get it done before I came to pick it up at the end of the day. Based on other reviews, the food might be amazing, but the lack of customer service is ridiculous! There wasnt even an offer to get it done while I waited. The customer prior to me had ordered a sandwich, so there was no one else. Willing to change my review when you step up your customer service.
