    no show on 2 occasions lost a non refundable plane fare of $185 , woman on phone setting up appointments VERY RUDE this is funded by tax payers and people getting appointments are how she gets her check so I would think she would be thankful not rude . most drivers friendly . 1st come first serve but if you try to set up a very important ride and try to set it up months in advance forget it , I was told 2 weeks was the earliest time to set ride . so if you absolutely have to be there my best advice find another way 1st use this as last resort , but when it works it is very good a cheap way to get where you are going
