BTW Transportation

My is Lakisha Grandberry and I love this transportation company because they are very friendly and very kind and very helpful and they care for you in 2021 the young man that took me to Baptist Memorial Hospital Memphis and came back and pick me up and brought me back home he waited until I got in the house before pulling off and he was the same guy that came and got me from doctor in Dyersburg Tennessee and took me back home he waited again until I got in the house before pulling off and the young ladies that took me to Dyersburg that morning they was very friendly and very kind and the others ones too that is why I don't mind riding with btw transportation Memphis tennessee because I love how they work with you

The lady picked me up on time when I got in the van to speak she didn't speak back I spoke again she just said sign your name right here I didn't say nothing eles to her she was driving like crazy an when I got out the van I told her to have a nice day cause you need it that lady was to rude all an I forgot she was on the phone the entire ride

Dear BTW,. I am convinced that your dispatch has no understanding on how to group rides going in and coming from the same directions. This could save on gas and promote customer satisfaction. There is no reason I am sitting at the Medplex on Madison Ave and watching multiple BTW vehicles going to and fro. Please get it together... Thanks
