Wish I could give 10 stars!!!! I never imagined my children would actually enjoy a trip to the dentist. This was the absolute BEST dental experience we have ever encountered.....thank you Dr. Chana and the amazing staff at River Falls!!!!

My children have attended both offices ( Duncan and Greenville) and I have to say they LOVE both of them!!!! Everyone is so professional and caring. They definitely surpassed all my expectations. The office is so clean and designed to welcome the children , not scary like the dentist offices I recall from my childhood. I definitely recommend Ashby Park to all my friends and family.

There are not enough words to describe what a great dentist office this is for children. The front office staff is always so friendly and helpful. They have a great play area for the kids to play while they are waiting to be called back - even though the wait is rarely very long. I have yet to meet someone who was not wonderful and friendly who works here. They all go above and beyond to make sure that my children are all taken care of. My daughter had an accident several weeks ago and cracked her permanent front tooth right in the middle. I called Ashby Park and Tammie answered the call. Even though the day was almost over she spoke to Brandie, the hygienist and Dr. Chana and the three of them stayed late so that they could take care of my little girl. I could not brag on these three women enough. They took time out of their personal lives to take care of my child. I absolutely love Ashby Park and would not take my children anywhere else. We are especially grateful for Tammie, Brandie, and Dr. Chana, but there is not one person on the staff who I could say a bad word about. They are all wonderful and we are so thankful for such a great place to take our children.

I don't know where to start- this place is awesome. It is clean, warm, inviting, has a GREAT kids play/waiting area, and I absolutely love the open room concept where they clean and check their teeth. No rooms. No tight spaces. No closed doors. Very open and friendly and SAFE feeling for the kids. Siblings can be taken care of at the same time, all while Mom is right there next to both/all of them. My kids' absolute favorite is Dipa! They argue over who gets to be with Dipa. She is so sweet, playful, fun, and just great with kids! It's not always easy getting kids to lay on a table and open wide, but she has a way with them and knows exactly what to do to help them through the process. It is so, so comforting as a mom. Thanks, Dipa, for all you do to and for being so patient with me and my babies, and thanks APPD for such a great place to come to!
