This was my first time using them and I will definitely be back! I have 3 dogs and a toddler, so my carpets were in rough shape. Mr Terry was quick but very thorough in his process. My husband already wants him to come back and do our bedrooms bc of the great difference you can tell from his cleaning (only did the main traction of the living room). Just a heads up, they dont take card! Not a big deal at all but be sure to have cash or a check for my fellow millennials out there!
