        We purchased AquaOx about a year ago and have been extremely pleased. They have went above and beyond to help us during the initial installation and with a problem we had a year later. I highly recommend their water purification and water softener systems.

        I have ordered whole house water filtration system and RO system. I was unaware that their system cannot soften water. I have returned their system as it was shipped. I have returned unused system. But still i had to pay for return shipping and on top of this, they have charged original shipping cost and 3% credit card fee. They just squeezed 30% of purchase amount out of me. I have never heard of a company charge for original shipping cost and credit card fee for a product return. This shows total insecurity on their product quality. As a consumer we buy a product with peace of mind seeing good return policy. But do not trust AquaOx return policy. They will make it very hard for you to return and will make sure to pay minimum possible amount after return.
