        The employees were very friendly and accommodating and the service (snow tire installation) was done well. However, I find that the snow tire installation (not sure about any other services) are always 20%-30% more expensive at this Pep Boys vs. any other Pep Boys location. Worth checking with other stores to see if they'll do the same service for cheaper or asking price when setting up the appointment because I didn't find out the price until I dropped the car off
