I had John's carpet and upholstery come out to my house and they told me from the start that they didn't want to charge me for a service that probably wasn't going to properly clean our sofa to match the cushions I had to clean after an accident occurred. They were very honest and professional, I will call them again if I need their services in the future. Service: Upholstery cleaning

John came to clean my couch after unfortunately, my cat started spraying before I was able to get him neutered. The one part of the couch fell victim. Him and his one worker worked on that part of the couch for a good bit, making sure there was no more smell. He even did the carpet in one of my rooms and it looks 100 times better than what it did when I moved in almost a year ago. Thanks for working on my couch! I wish I had a before picture of the carpet, but trust me it looks so much better
