My mother in law recently passed, and she had no plans in place for her passing. Charles was able to help me in the span of a day get everything in place for her funeral. It was extremely helpful during one of our families most difficult times.

On behalf of my family and I, I would like to thank Charles Wallace & staff. Your kindness was warm & inviting from the very first call. You've expressed your deepest sympathy and compassionate empathy for our loss. I knew nothing, I was lost and confused on how to proceed but Charles took my hand and lead me going forward. He understood what I wanted and organized the most beautiful homegoing service I could've ever hoped for. Because of this, I am eternally grateful. He never complained or sounded aggravated at the many of phone calls, texts or emails I've sent even after my husband's service was over. Their online website is easy to navigate and extremely convenient for those who are unable to attend for whatever reasons and/or to just view the service again at a later date while it's still available. It is the beauty within Wallace's Funeral Home and their staff that makes this the number one funeral chapel to have your memorial services for your loved ones.
