Hoffer Appraisal Services

Hoffer did an appraisal on our home. It's 4200 square feet and lakefront. I then looked up our home on Zillow and it's price was to the penny exactly what Hoffer said. He obviously got his valuation straight from Zillow which doesn't have a clue about the extensive remodel we did. We have nearly twice that amount into the building of our home. I won't use him ever again. By his estimate our house which is all high end is worth $85 a square foot not including the lakefront building lot, landscaping, shed, dock, custom concrete, patios etc. He's a bad appraiser!
