Horrible experience. After chipping a tooth and being on pain I called them to fix. I come in for my appointment. I probably need to state that I have insurance. get xrays taken and sit in chair. Out of the blue they start cleaning my teeth. (Another way to make some money off the situation). I didn't set up an appointment for cleaning. After Dr finally come in he says he can fill it along with a few other "problem areas" that were noticed. So another appointment was made. Mind you my work schedule makes it tough to schedule so I have to take a half day off. Here comes the morning of the appointment. I get a phone call saying the doctor needs to cancel and they want to reschedule. First of all i have been in pain for about a week now waiting to get this chipped tooth fixed . so being annoyed I tell them I dont know when because it hurts so i need to get this taken care of asap and may have to call another dentist to fix.Never receive a call back to check to see if i got in anywhere or how my tooth was. Totally forgotten about. In a small town customer service and word of mouth is your business if you are making enough money where you can disregard customer service then its time to quit cause ur in business for wrong reasons. Horrible all the way around and left with bad taste in my mouth (literally).
