The big guy here came flying out from the counter to harass me for walking towards the door with an air filter and oil filter in my hand. Extremely demeaning and overbearing, made me feel unsafe in his shadow when he was standing over me demanding the filters

A Well Stocked Store, A Higher Volume Of Customer's, Coming In During Peak, Dinner Hours. Found The Item's I Was Looking For, And Called Ahead, To Get The Best Price, On Particular Brand's. Helpful Associate's, Who Were Helpful In Answering Question's. Knowledgable In Applying My Wiper Blades, To The Vehicle. Took Up To About, 10 Minute's Time Total Outside Store, To Install, Including The Rear Wiper Blade. I Recommend This O'Reilly Auto Part's Store, For One's Auto Part's Need's, And Courteous Service.

I just dont understand the hostility I get from this one staff member there. I can in early talked to someone named Alex (dont know if that was his name or not) about the corrosion left on my conductors by his employer after that employee put a new battery in my car. Alex let me borrow a cleaner and said when I returned hed like to look at my car so when I came into the store to return the cleaner I was met with a hostile employee for some reason. I asked if I could speak to Alex since he said early hed help me and that man looked at me like I was crazy. I dont get it just say hes on lunch or something but the attitude is completely unnecessary. Thanks Alex it was all the corrosion left from my old battery and not my alternator.
