        I've used their services already twice: Once for a windshield with a rock chip that was small and it was fixed with epoxy (out of pocket, wasn't too expensive), and once for a windshield with a bigger crack that needed the whole windshield replacing. In both instances, they were professional and fast. In the 2nd case we used insurance, and they were very helpful with the process and didn't have any issues or unexpected costs due to that. On top of everything else they still had good humor and didn't yell at me when I forgot to leave the car key and the car was blocking their bay for 5 min... :P And I need to add that the new windshield is better quality & visibility than the one I had before (the old one had some weird reflections in the corners, but I'm not sure if it was OEM or if it was replaced by previous owners of the car with something cheap, so not blaming the manufacturer). I will come back to address my future glass fix needs! :)
