We have lived in our home for 7 months now and while we love the neighborhood, our neighbors and the location unfortunately the quality of our home is poor and not worth the money we are paying for it. Insulation is horrible, our front yard is sinking, the heating system is off balance, do NOT use their standard flooring because it is contact paper and it will tear and bubble. The builders is useless because all you get is the run around unless you get down and dirty with them or call in a third party. This is suppose to be a energy sufficient home and our bills have doubled since we moved in because of the lack of quality. It should not be that way, when people spend their hard earn money and chose your company to build their home. You would think as a company you would want to keep the customer satisfied and take care of their issues, but not in this neighborhood. Now, I do have friends that live in other Pulte and Centex neighborhoods in Powell, Grove City and Pickerington that don't have the problems that we are having. I wonder why? We are grateful for our home and we love it because we are putting the money in it to make it better, even though we shouldn't have to with a brand new house that is only 7 months old.
