After my Mom's passing my brother and I had the task of listing and try selling her condo. We met with Cheryl and she advised us of what to expect and assured us she would take care of the detail work such as staging. The amount of foot traffic and offers was great. We ended up selling the property eventhough the rates were way up and our expectations were low, we sold for over listing price with no problems. LIFEPOINT and Cheryl Huston along with the staff that works with her did an amazing job. Thank you!!!

Absolutely worst buying experience with Donna Jackson! Would never recommend to my worst enemy! She made decisions without our knowledge and then lied to us. She allowed the seller to remove a hot tub inside the deck without our knowledge, then said she knew nothing about it! Email evidence proved otherwise. Then allowed seller to stay in the home for more than 21 days after close with no documents to protect us as buyers. Electrical issues that were supposedly checked by her electrician to verify what the seller was claiming were in fact true were not. The claimed bad microwave sensor were in fact a major electrical problem with the circuit being overloaded and not grounded costing us major expenses to remedy. This same electrician wired the hot tub when it was finally returned improperly which also had to be fixed by a professional at our cost! Owner was informed of issues with this realtor/broker and she could not have cared less.
