        The Westerville store experience was poor, poor, poor, poor and poor. Mistakes made: first visit-over charged, follow up visit-wrong mulch loaded, third effort-corporate determined they turned off their phone all week so no ability to reach them to verify stock, fourth effort-trying to exchange stock they wanted to charge me more than before, fifth effort-manager had no interest in good customer service help or resolution.
