OfficeMax - Print & Copy Services

Difficult to understand how this place is open. With people behind counter. But tell you the department is closed. I want to scan two pieces of paper and then fax them. Employees severely lack an understanding of customer service. I will be taking my business and money to staples . Don't recommend this place if you need something time sensitive

Jennifer in the print area is so rude, every person we come in contact at the store is great. Unfortunately, she gives your store a horrible experience. She has ABSOLUTLY NO customer service skills!

Been using office depot for over 2 years printing the same labels over and over. Moved to the area near this store and was refused service and help from the print shop. Apparently, they dont accept Avery "links". Strange since all other stores and Avery itself says they do. The beauty of this is that I then asked what the solution is. I got NO help. I asked for the mgr to please, please help me figure this out. I still received NO help. They were not busy buit they sure were rude. My advice- find ANYWHERE else to go

I come to this store regularly for all of my businesses needs. Supplies and printing services. Today, Brian went ABOVE and BEYOND to rectify a situation where I was mad enough to consider finding someone else to service our businesses needs. Instead of just calling someone else like many of us do I decided to take a minute, calm down and call back and speak to Brian. When I told him what had happened and how this was a big deal to me he totally fixed the situation. He got my products printed, faster than I could have even hoped for, gave me tips and pointers on how to make it easier for myself and made sure I was totally happy with the product he made for our business. When I arrived he made sure to make sure I was happy with the solution and even offered to help me with another service and product we had chatted about needing in the future. He will get my business loyally until I retire or he does, LOL!
