I've now been charged twice after I tried to cancel my membership. They make you jump through all kinds of hoops to cancel including sending a registered letter requesting cancelation to their office in Washington DC. I then e-mailed them a copy of the delivery receipt and followed up with another e-mail. The facility in Syracuse and manager Reggie refuse to give you the DC phone number. I will dispute this now with my CC. Very poor experience after 13 yrs of membership!

WARNING!!!!!!!!!(DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE ATTEND THIS HORRAIBLE GYM) trainers are always rescheduling or either changing up. After work out sometimes you find that there is no paper towels for you to wipe down the machines when you are done. Let me not even begin about there cancellation process, it has been 7 months since my one year contract has finished and i requested my cancellation. Today I am still waiting for it to be all over with. I even had to dispute with my bank and cancel my credit card cause i was getting over charged, good thing my bank gave me all the money ballys owes me for over charging.

Aweful Aweful Aweful place!!!!!! I've never had such a bad experience. I was basically "forced" to sign up by their manager Peter. He said things that made me think I NEED the gym. He never thoroughly went through the contract before he had me sign it. I asked him if I didn't like the gym if I would be able to get everything cancelled and he told me no problem no questions asked! When time came that I wanted to cancel the membership they gave me the hardest time. They would lie to me on the phone and each time I would try to get a hold of a certain person I would get a different story! I'm still trying to get my membership cancelled to this day. It's been since October! When I talk with them they don't seem to know how to answer and I'm constantly being put on hold for at least 15 minutes. Tried going there but each time its pointless! I just end up wasting time and gas just to come there and have them frustrate me and not care! NEVER EVER doing this again! DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM!!!! and save your $ for a place that's more professional!
