    Spoke with Dixie about bill for Aug and Sept sent to me. I called in June about the possible sale of my camper and possibly needing a bigger space for a possibly bigger trailer. Took the camper mid June out of storage. Called to pay for July and cancel. Camper has not been in unit since June. Called about billing on Aug 1 to verify I was not going to need the space. No payment was made nor requested in that call. Now, today, a bill for Aug and Sept with Duxie in todays phone call insisting the phone call the I made 8/1 only said I was 'thinking' about leaving the space! They say they record all phone calls. Asked them to review and also send me copies of recording of one today and for Aug 1. Why call to tell them, again,, I was yhinking of quitting the space and NOT pay them 8/1? ...or be asked to? The facility is clean, a bit tight for parking secure, covered space with no previous problems. When I get another trailer I had planned to get a bigger space there.....until Dixie! I fully expected a full apology and no billing...no big deal.. BUT...no! In previous conversations with the owner he was friendly and agreeable. But his agents supposedly on site have been inconsistent with a website not always easy to navigate for payment. Hence payment by phone, and month to month foregoing discount for 6 months at a time....because Ive let them know ...from the beginning of my rental...2018 I ...may decide to sell my camper. Beware the liklihood of being unable to terminate your agreement in an ecpected manner and getting billed for months you assume ARE terminated. They have cameras and recorded phone conversations and can easily check/monitor the actual use . I paid month July and didnt occupy it...but that wss MY decision. I got billed 8/31 for Aug and Sept after terminating my month to month in a phone call 8/1 after seeing I was billed. After reexplaining my situation was not asked to pay Aug rent until now. Should have bern a simple correction now turned ugly and defiant. I am 68 years old and cant afford this kind of insidious rip off.

    This RV storage is remotely located. Please check your insurance because it is in a different zip code and I found out our insurance rates went up. To the reason we left, after a two week vacation in our travel trailer, we came back to find the RV next to us was parked crooked making it impossible for me to back in my 40 foot travel trailer. After notifying the office, I was told to move into the spot next to mine and was assured I would not have to move again. The following day, I received a phone call indicating I would have to move because the space was already rented. LIE #1. After asking if the tenant of the crooked parked RV had corrected their issue, I was assured that they had and I was required to go RIGHT AWAY and move back to my original location. Upon arrival, I noticed that the owner of the crooked RV had not in fact corrected the issue after being assured it was. LiE #2. To add insult to my inconvenience, loss of time, diesel, and headache, I was told the owners offered me a 5.00 credit for the month. This place is remotely operated. The owners are not local and you will never talk to the same person more than once. Don't waste your time here.
