I met with Sam who was very nice and I thought was going to be able to provide us with just the look I was looking for in our backyard. I wanted stamped flagstone concrete. I showed him out back where we have the real deal and said I wanted it to have like the same look to "look" like flagstone. He showed me some photos of what they could do. He said it wouldn't be as large as regular flagstone, but would have the "cuts" in it. I was satisfied with that and after we got another estimate that was 1500 higher..went with Grassmasters. They started the project, I saw out back they were just doing what looked like regular concrete. I panicked and called the office, Kathy got hold of Sam and he then told her to tell me they were coming shortly to stamp it flagstone as I had wanted. they came and put a flagstone texture, but it looks nothing like what I had told Sam in the first place that I wanted!! No cut look of any sort to make it look like flagstone from a distance. When I spoke to Sam after the weekend, I was told by him this was the best they could do because the area we were having done wasn't big enough for their stamps of \6' x 6'!!! I was SOL! This was never explained to me in our initial meeting..if that would have been the case, we would have went with the higher priced contractor! Friends of ours had warned us that they didn't get what they asked for either from Grass Masters when they had work done last summer! They concrete on the side of the house was exactly as we wanted, this is the only reason for the 2 stars! Nice people, but didn't turn out anything like we had discussed!!!

Grass Masters installed artificial turf in our backyard. The price was most reasonable between three other estimates we'd received. The crew installed the turf quickly, and needless to say, we LOVE it!! We needed a small revisit after some natural shift, and Grass Masters came within two days to repair it. We are happy with the customer service and product!

I have recently design landscape my front garden and backyard. Their design was really impressive and after the final work and install it looks like my dream comes true. I had a limited budget and I can say I am happy with what I get. I am really delighted to work with them.
