        Dear Elizabeth:I am sorry that you left a negative review of our legal services. Due to client confidentiality, I am unable to explain further our decision to withdraw from representing you on your case. However, the reasons for our withdrawal were explained fully to you in writing and you expressed agreement in our decision to withdraw as your counsel so that you could hire a new attorney or deal directly with the insurance company.
