I had my sons 1st birthday party here back in October 2020 . First, it was one of the only places open around this time due to covid but that does not mean I had to settle at all. They made the environment super safe for my son and our guests. We were the only party in the entire facility which was great. The owner Nancy was so sweet. Her and the entire staff were super helpful and accommodating . Literally, anything I asked for they were able to help with. I especially enjoyed being able to hook my music up to the portable speaker that they provided. I was initially nervous about them providing the food for the adults but everything tasted good and was up to par . When we had a little more guests than I expected , I was able to adjust my food order to ensure that everyone would be able to eat. Honestly, this was my first time throwing a kids birthday party so I was stressedddd but Pump It Up gave me such a great experience . I def would recommend this place to others.
