Incredible customer service from the beginning! Mike did an outstanding job explaining all details about their filtering systems, including an on site water test, and understood exactly what we needed - No pressure on selling stuff that you wouldnt need. Our installation by Dan and Dylan was impeccable with extreme care and attention to details - They also took the time to explain functionality (step by step) and addressed all our questions. Kudos to the Kel Tren sales and service team!

So, after more than a month of our new system, it is easy to write this 5 star review. From start to finish, these guys did everything that one can ever hope for. To start, Mike Bowman came to introduce his company's products to us shortly after we purchased our home. His job was both easy and difficult at the same time. Since we are long time owners of both water softener and RO filtration in our homes, we understood what he was talking about which made it easy. What made it difficult for him was the very same reason, and that is that we understood what he was talking about. :) In order to best explain the importance of of water filtration for us, it is best understood by knowing that this was literally the first thing we had done BEFORE we moved into our home. Before our filtration system was installed, the water literally smelled worse than my pool water in Bergen County. To say the least, the chlorine (and God knows what else) content was extremely noticeable. Having said that, the optionality of filtration was non existent since having pure pristine water was and has always been first and foremost for our family. I cannot state empathically enough how helpful everyone in this process at Kel Tren was. From Mike who endured our due diligence process, to the amazing job that Dan and Ryan did to get this system installed. These amazing young men managed to figure out how to feed 3 water feeds in different parts of the house creatively. I did not think they would get it done. And furthermore, they did it with the utmost of respect and consideration for both us and the house itself. They explained exactly what they were going to do, why they were going to do it and what the problems could be. They were respectful and careful to a fault. I cannot say enough great things about these guys and this company. And obviously, now after more than a month since installation, I can honestly say that the water in our home is delicious, pure, free of nasty smells and most of all we drink it with the confidence of knowing that there is not a filtered water in the universe that surpasses the quality of the water in our home. I could not be more pleased with the water or our decision to trust Kel Tren with the responsibility of delivering the high quality water that we have come to love and experience in our homes. Thank you Mike and Team Kel Tren for an amazing experience. Salute!!!!!
